SKI ARPA

Reservations
All visitors to Ski Arpa must make a reservation and pay a deposit to guarantee the reservation.

Groups
Unless a reservation is made for a private cat rental, all persons will be skiing in groups formed by Ski Arpa.

Deposit Amount

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The guarantee amount will be based on the total number of persons in the booking party. The deposit must be paid within 60 days of the ski date.

Cancellation
Any cancellations must be made in writing to Ski Arpa via email reservas@skiarpa.com

Cancellation Fees
The following cancellation fees will apply:

  • All cancelations will have a minimum $50 cancelation fee per person.
  • 60 days prior to reservation the deposit will be returned less the $50 per person cancelation fee.
  • 59-30 days prior to reservation the deposit will not be returned.
  • 29 days prior to reservation there will be no refund.

Final Payment
Final payment must be completed 30 prior to your ski date.

No Show
If Ski Arpa is open, skiers not arriving on their reserved ski date will not receive any refund.

Bad Weather and/or Avalanche Danger
If the road to Ski Arpa is closed or the area is closed due to avalanche danger, skiers with a paid reservation will receive a full refund less the $50 administration fee per person.

Credit cards are accepted. A 3.5% service charge will be added to the total payment amount.
