Anton "Toni" Sponar was born in 1934 and raised in Austria.
He now spends his northern winters in Aspen, Colorado and his southern
winters in Chile. Toni's lifetime of ski experience includes: ski
instructing, ski guiding, ski area management and ski industry consulting.
Toni will welcome you to his Valle with warm arms and in many tongues.
He speaks German, English and Spanish. |

In
2009 Toni's son Anton will be guiding and assiting with mountain
operations for his second year. Like Toni, Anton grew up on skis.
He was a distinguished alpine racer at the University of Colorado
and has tought skiing in Portillo, Vail and currently Aspen. Anton
has his Level II PSIA and Level II AAA certifications. |
