east 140 KM to the town of Los Andes

Los Andes: 35KM
to go! Continue to San Esteban then Lo Calvo. Just before Lo Calvo
turn right to El Cobre and finally Campos de Ahumada. Continue until
you see the snowcat. |

The
last 13 KM are not yet paved and tough going. Drive with
care and you will make it without a problem. We recommend
four wheel drive to ensure safe passage. It would be a good
idea to for road conditions after a snowfall. Look out for
the goats at Campos de Ahumada.
